SASSI BIANC HI FARM HOUSE < b r />

The agricultural establishment Sassi Bianchih as 40 hectares of land at its disposal and is situated in the splendid landscape of the Chianti hills. The proper ty lies in a woody complex, a refuge for numerous wild an imals. With some luck, one can encounter hares, pheasants, w ild-boars, roe-bucks, badgers, bald-coots, or wild ducks, t hat go to water in the lake of the establishment. It is in th e centre of an ideal triangle, where the vertexes are Volter ra, San Gimignano and Colle Val d'Elsa.< b r />
Guests are welcomed in 3 farm houses of the 16th century, completely restored and independent, furnished wit h taste by the owners, with beautiful antique forniture . They provide heating and all other modern conveniences, with equipped kitchens and private bathrooms for all bedr ooms.

Besides the garden where it wi ll be pleasant to relax, at the guests' disposal are a swimming pool, a tennis court and a bowling green. The guests may enjoy relaxing walk s , through the paths that mark the woods or go jogging in the quiet of the countryside.

The closene ss of famous art centres like Florence Siena Pisa offer a va lid alternative. The golf centre of Castelfalfi is just 1 0km away. The owners (she is a doctor in medicine, he is a te acher of biological science) are able to provi d e maps and guides but also useful suggestions to discover art and nature treasures.

Restaurant service is n ot provided but delicious typical trattorias are situated in the vicinity. On request, i t is possible to have a language teacher, an embroidery tea cher, a cook and a maid.

L'azienda agricola Sassi Bianchi dispone d i 40 ettari di terreno ed è situata nello splen dido paesaggio delle colline del Chianti. Si trova in un complesso boschivo, rifugio di molti animali selvaggi. Con un po' di fortuna ci si può imbattere in lepri, fagia ni, cinghiali, caprioli, tassi, folaghe, germani, aironi, c he vanno ad abbeverarsi nel laghetto aziendale. Si trova al centro di un triangolo i cui vertici sono Volterra, San Gimignano e Coll e Val d'Elsa.

L'ospitalità è offerta in 3 case coloniche del '500 completamente resta urate ed indipendenti, arredate con gusto dai proprietari con bei mobili antichi, dispongono di tutte le comodità e riscaldamento e cucine attrezzate, le camere da let t o sono tutte con bagno privato.

La vicinanza di famosi centri d'arte quali Florence Siena Pisa offre una valida a lternativa. Il centro di golf di Castelfalfi è a 10 Km. Agli ospiti i proprietari (lei è un dottore in medicina, lui un professore di scienze bio logiche) offrono mappe e guide ma anche utili consigli per s coprire tesori di arte e natura.
